The functionality of each mode will be following:


  1. Customer will be able to register and create their profile over the solution by submitting details like name, email-id, Mobile no, password etc. for booking the rooms.
  2. Customers will be able to filter the rooms as per the type of area, price range, location, city, state, name etc.
  3. Customer will be able to see the list of available rooms.
  4. Customer can select the room or can browse them to get better room according to the needs.
  5. Customers can view description of particular rooms and can add them in their cart.
  6. At the time of booking the rooms, users have to submit the details: check in & out date with number of guests, location etc.
  7. Corporate partner will be able to book their rooms with affordable price where they will get some discount on rooms.
  8. Customer can view /write the reviews on the services.
  9. Customer will be able to rate the services.
  10. Corporate partner will be able to register and create their corporate profile over the solution by submitting details like full name, email-id, Mobile no, Message etc.
  1. After submitting the details, Admin will approve their corporate account for accessing the services.
  2. User will be able to book their room by selecting the payment mode and can even use the promo, referral code for applying the discounts in their bill.
  3. Service provider will be able to promote his service by creating their account by submit their details regarding to their hotel.
  4.   After submitting the details, Admin will assign a job to sales team for verification of services that will serve by service provider.
  5. If Sales team will approve the services then a verification email will be send to the service provider.
  6. After approval, Service provider will be able to submit the description about the services that will be offered.
  7.  Service provider will be able to receive the room booking on the dashboard and after his confirmation on the same.
  8.  Customers will get the confirmation email, message for booking.
  9. Customer can submit cancel request to service provider and the respective charges will be applied on the same.
  10. Customer will be able to view his past booking history up to a certain date.

  2. Users will be able to get discounts via promotion codes that codes will be generated by the Admin.
  3. Service provider will be able to manage the room booking and can maintain them.
  4. Service provider will be able to receive the payment of all the booked rooms.
  5.  Service provider will be able to generate the sales reports and can see the statistics of their available rooms in their dashboard.
  6. Admin will be able to create their Sales person panel to assigning the jobs for verification of rooms.
  7. User will get notification after successful message for their booking.
  8. Admin will be able to manage and monitor the complete solution.
  9. Admin will be able to manage the service providers, room bookings.
  10. Admin will be able to generate the reports related to all the room bookings and can see the list of the customers, promo codes etc.

  9. Admin   can check how many download he has and how many of them have latest version. Admin need to have mechanism to send customer update or notifications or even offers. So this will be the process that users will be able to order food over the app.
